摘 要:目的探讨戊己丸及其各单味药对胃肠道内6种常见(条件)致病菌的抑制作用,并比较超微药物与常规药物的抑菌效果。方法采用药敏纸片法及二倍稀释法研究各药物的抑菌能力及最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果黄连水煎液能够抑制除沙门氏菌以外的所有供试菌种;吴茱萸的抑菌谱和抑菌作用相对较小,对绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌表现出一定的抑制作用;白芍仅对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑制作用。对于药物敏感菌,通过MIC比较发现,戊己丸及其单味药超微药剂的抑制效果明显优于常规药剂。结论戊己丸能够抑制胃肠道内常见(条件)致病菌的生长,且超微粉体能够提高药物的利用度。Objective To investigate the bacteriostasis of Wuji Wan and its single herbs on six kinds of opportunist pathogens in gastrointestinal tract,and compare the bacteriostatic effect of ultra-micro powder Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Drug sensitive paper sheet method and two times dilution method were adopted to determine the bacteriostasis function and minimum inhibiting concentration(MIC).Results Rhizoma Coptidis decoction could inhibit the growth of all the test strains except for Salmonella enterica.Antibacterial spectrum and bacteriostatic effect of Fructus Evodiae was relatively small.Fructus Evodiae could inhibit the growth of Staphyloccocus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Radix Paeoniae Alba could only inhibit the growth of Staphyloccocus aureus.For Wuji Wan complex and single medicines,MIC of the ultra-micro powder Chinese medicine decoction was significantly superior to traditional Chinese medicine decoction for drug sensitive bacteria.Conclusion Wuji Wan could inhibit the growth of the opportunist pathogens in gastrointestinal tract.And ultra-micro powder could improve availability of Chinese medicine.
