摘 要:目的了解不同时期攀茎钩藤钩藤碱成分的动态积累情况,为确定该药材的最佳采收期提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,对同一产地不同时期的攀茎钩藤样品进行钩藤碱含量测定,色谱柱:Gemini C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(含0.002 mol/L三乙胺,用冰乙酸调pH 7.5)=64∶36;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:254 nm。结果不同时期采集的样品钩藤碱含量在0.009%~0.016%范围,其中1~5月份样品含量较高,6~12月份含量较低。结论攀茎钩藤药材钩藤碱成分的动态积累随着采集时间的不同而有所差异,该种药材以1~5月份采集为宜。Objective To investigate the dynamic accumulation of rhynchophylline in Uncaria scandens(Smith) Hutchins,and in different periods,and provide scientific basis for deciding the best harvest time.Methods The content of rhynchophylline in Uncaria scandens(Smith) Hutchins in different collecting time from common producing area was determined by HPLC.Gemini C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.002 mol/L triethylomine solution(adjust pH to 7.5 with acetic acid,64∶36) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results Rhynchophylline in samples of different periods was 0.009%-0.016%,which was higher from January to May,and lower from June to December.Conclusion The dynamic accumulation of rhynchophylline in Uncaria scandens(Smith) Hutchins was different in different collecting time.From January to May was the best harvest time.
