摘 要:目的建立黄芩中4种成分的分析方法,对收集的市售不同等级的枯芩、条芩药材、饮片进行成分分析,为市场优质优价提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Kromasil Eternity-5-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈溶液(A)-0.4%乙酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;检测波长:280 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min。结果条芩饮片中的黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素4个成分含量总和比枯芩饮片低6.52%;而条芩药材(个子货)中4种成分含量总和比枯芩药材含量高21%~25%,其中主要是黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷含量较枯芩高。结论本方法重复性好,准确,回收率好。所测4种成分平均含量高低与枯芩条芩药材、饮片等级略呈正相关性。Objective To establish an analytical method to compare the four components content in Radix scutellariae of different class from the market.Methods HPLC was used.Kromasil Eternity-5-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm) eluted with acetonitrile-water(0.4% glacial acetic acid) in gradient at 30 ℃ and detection wavelength at 280 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The total amount of four components(baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin) from the processed strip type Radix scutellariae was 6.52% lower than the processed Radix scutellariae with xylem rotten.However,the total amount of four component from strip type Radix scutellariae was 21%—25% higher than Radix scutellariae with xylem rotten.The reason was that the content of baicalin and wogonoside from the strip type Radix scutellariae was higher.Conclusion The method was precisely,reliable and with good repeatability and recoveries.The results of content showed that,there is a positive correlation between the average of four components amount and the traditional grade of Radix scutellariae.
