药物治疗酒精中毒的研究进展

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,酒精中毒事件的发生愈发频繁,而随着医疗水平的提升,酒精中毒的药物治疗方法不断改善。中西药各有优势,中西医结合可能会有更加广阔的前景,同时探究酒精中毒的作用机制,能为更好地治疗酒精中毒奠定基础。本文从纳洛酮类药物治疗、非纳洛酮类药物治疗和联合药物治疗三个方面进行综述。With the improvement of people＇s living standard, the incidence rate of alcohol poisoning has been much more frequent. With the progress in medical treatment, drug therapy of alcohol poisoning has been much improved. Although the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have different advantages, integrative medicine may have even better effects. At the same time, the research on mechanism of alcoholism may lay the foundation of better treatment of alcoholism. This paper reviewes the recent advances in research of drug therapy of alcoholism with naloxone, non-naloxone and combined prescriptions.
