非洛地平治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非洛地平对轻中度原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析收治的72例轻中度原发性高血压患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组各36例,其中治疗组采用非洛地平治疗,对照组采用卡托普利进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后的血压情况。结果治疗后治疗组的总有效率为94.44%,显著高于对照组患者的80.56%(P<0.05);所有患者治疗前的平均收缩压和舒张压差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组的收缩压(126.2±12.8)mmHg,舒张压(73.5±13.9)mmHg,均显著低于对照组的收缩压(134.6±11.9)mmHg,舒张压(78.3±11.5)mmHg(P<0.05)。结论非洛地平治疗轻中度高血压,能显著降低患者的舒张压和收缩压,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of felodipine in the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension was retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with felodipine treatment, and the control group was taken with captopril treatment. The clinical curative effect and the blood pressure before and after treatment of the two groups of patients compared. Results The total effective rate after treatment was 94.45%, significantly higher than the total effective of the control group of 80.56%, P 0.05. The average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference for all patients before treatment, P 0.05. The systolic blood pressure after treatment was （126.2±12.8） mm Hg, the diastolic blood pressure was （73.5 ±13.9） mm Hg, were significantly lower than the control group, the systolic blood pressure was （134.6±11.9） mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure was （78.3 ±11.5） mm Hg, P 0.05. Conclusion The felodipine in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension can significantly reduce the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients, and the clinical curative effect is significant.
