硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病的临床治疗效果。方法将本院2011年1月～2012年7月收治的50例高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各25例。两组患者皆在控制血糖等常规治疗的基础上加用其他药物治疗,其中研究组加用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,而对照组则加用氯沙坦治疗。两组患者的治疗以8周为1个疗程。对两组患者治疗前后的血压、心率、血肌酐(Scr)与尿素氮(BUN)进行检测,同时观察临床治疗效果,并进行对比。结果两组患者治疗前后在心率、Scr及BUN方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在收缩压与舒张压方面,治疗前后行对比及研究组与对照组在治疗后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压合并糖尿病患者而言,采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗能取得较好的效果,不仅降压效果好,且无明显不良反应,值得在临床推广及应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nifedipine sustained release tablets treating hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Methods Fifty patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from January 2011 to July 2012 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into research group and the control group, each group of 25 cases. Two groups of patients were treated with other medicines on the basis of convential treatment of controlling blood sugar, in which the research group were treated with nifedipine sustained release tablets, and the control group were treated with losartan. 8 weeks for the treatment on patients in two groups was one course of treatment. Blood pressure, heart rate, Scr and BUN before and after treatment for two groups of patietns were detected, and the clinical effect was observed and compared. Results The hear rate, Scr and BUN before and after treatment between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference （P 0.05）. For systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, there was no evident difference between two groups, which had statistical significance （P 0.05）. In addition, there was evidient difference betwee two groups for the total effective rate, and the research group was better than the control group, which had statistical significance （P 0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine sustained release tablets treating hypertension and diabetes mellitus not only has better antihypertensive effect, but also has no evident adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion and application.
