摘  要:目的探讨电化学发光免疫分析仪残余试剂再利用的可行性。方法采用混合残余试剂检测血清中降钙素原(PCT)、糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)的含量,并进行精密度、准确性、稳定性及回收率分析;与新试剂分别检测血清标本中2个项目的含量,并做均值比较及相关性分析。结果混合试剂检测PCT、CA72-4两项目批内、批间变异系数(CV)均符合相关标准;质控血清准确性在允许范围内,回收率为90%~110%;用混合试剂与新试剂分别检测血清中2个项目含量,两组均值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3周内混合试剂检验结果未出现失控。结论罗氏E170免疫分析仪的残余试剂可以再利用,方法简便可行,测定结果可靠。Objective To investigate the feasibility of recycle of remaining reagent in the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Methods Procalcitonin (PCT), carbohydrate antigen 72-4 (CA72-4) in serum were detected by mixed remaining reagents. The precision, accuracy, functional stability and recovery rate of remaining reagents were analyzed. Then the mean values and correlation of the 2 items of serum specimen were compared by two kinds reagents. Results The within-run and between-run coefficient of variation (CV) of the 2 items measured by remaining reagents met the related standard. The serum accuracy of quality control was within the allowance range. The recovery rate was variable from 90% to 100%. Compared the results of the original reagents with the remaining reagents, the differences of two groups were not statistically significant (P 0.05). The results of mixed reagent test were not out of control in three weeks. Conclusion The remaining reagent can be recycled by Roche E170 electrochemiluminescence immunoassay, which also can perform easily and ensure the quality of measurement.
