神经外科重症患者气管切开术后的护理体会

摘　　要：目的归纳总结60例神经外科重症患者行气管切开术后的护理措施。方法对60例神经外科气管切开患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。气管切开术后的护理严格遵守无菌操作规程,保持气道的湿化,及时有效吸出气道分泌物,做好专科护理,套管与拔管的护理。结果 43例气管切开后成功拔管,拔管后呼吸平稳,气道通畅,5例患者气管切开术后放弃治疗自动出院,12例死亡,放弃治疗及死亡病例均与护理操作无关。结论气管切开术后采用合理护理措施能够帮助患者早日康复。Objective To summarize postoperative care measures of 60 cases with neurosurgical intensive. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical datum of 60 cases with neurosurgery trachea incision. Tracheotomy care strict compliance with the sterile operating procedures, keep the airway wet, timely and effective suction outlet tract secretions, good specialist care, casing and extubation care. Results After tracheotomy, 43 cases were successfully extubated, after extubation steady breathing, airway. 5 cases abandon the treatment and left the hospital. 12 cases were dead. Abandon the treatment and deaths were nothing to do with the care and operation. Conclusion Tracheotomy reasonable care can help patients recover soon.
