摘　　要：目的探讨结核患者化疗后出现胃肠道反应的护理措施。方法分析本院2010年1月～2012年1月收治的结核化疗后出现胃肠道反应患者63例,对患者进行科学护理。结果本组63例患者经治疗护理后,胃肠道症状均有不同程度的好转,所有患者均坚持完成化疗。其中有14例患者有轻度的胃肠道障碍,表现为轻度的恶心呕吐。结论有效的护理措施可以减轻抗结核药引起的胃肠道反应。Objective To explore the nursing intervention on tuberculosis patients after chemotherapy with gastrointestinal reaction. Methods Sixty three cases after chemotherapy with gastrointestinal reaction from January 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital were analyzed. All patients were taken scientific nursing care. Results Gastrointestinal symptoms of 63 patients were improved in different degrees after treatment and care. All patients had completed chemotherapy. There were 14 patients with gastrointestinal disorders, showed mild nausea and vomiting. Conclusion The effective nursing measures can reduce gastrointestinal reaction caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.
