摘　　要：我国每年新增神经系统疾病患者超过300余万人，中风、脑损伤等神经中枢受损造成的偏瘫、瘫痪等行走功能障碍患者急性期过后的运动康复训练的需求变得越来越迫切，但是传统的康复治疗需要治疗师高强度的劳动，而且难以保证训练的持续性和稳定性。本文开发本文将设计一个具有无线遥控和可自动寻迹功能的智能遥控车，该车以P89V51RB2单片机为控制核心，采用L298N作为直流电机的驱动芯片，通过PT2262／PT2272无线发射接收模块实现车的远距离遥控，该车可通过无线进行遥控并可识别地上黑白轨迹线，实现循迹行走，康复患者可以护车进行下肢康复训练，临床应用达到了人力成本低、治疗效率高、训练见效快等应用效果。Every year in our country new neural system disease patients more than 3 million people, stroke, brain damage, and other neural damage caused by hemiplegia, paralysis and walking function disorder patients after the acute phase of the movement of the rehabilitation training demand becomes more and more urgent, but the traditional rehabilitation therapy need therapists high strength work, and is dit~[icult to ensure the continuity and stability of the training. This paper development this paper will design a have wireless remote control and automatic tracing function of intelligent remote control car, this device with P89V51RB2 single chip microcomputer as control core, using L298N as dc motor driver chip, through the PT2262 / PT2272 wireless transmitting receiving module to realize the remote control device, this device can be through the wireless remote controlled and can identify the ground black and white line, realize tracking walk, rehabilitation patients can be lower limb rehabilitation training, and clinical application of human to low cost, high efficiency, training effective treatment as well as fast application effect.
