摘　　要：探讨了非酒精性脂肪肝的证型与病因病机。认为主要病理因素为脾虚、肝郁、湿热、痰瘀、肾虚;主要证型有肝郁脾虚型、湿热内蕴型、痰瘀互结型、肝肾阴虚型。The TCM syndrome types and etiology and pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were discussed. It is thought that main pathological factors are spleen deficiency,liver depression,hot and humid, phlegm and blood stasis,kidney deficiency,and main syndrome types are liver depression and spleen deftcieney,embodiment of hot and humid,mutual junction of phlegm and blood stasis,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.
