摘　　要：介绍了Telnet协议及其在泵站网络监测中的应用背景,讲述了如何使用C#语言编程实现Telnet协议,完成泵站网络链路监测软件的设计与开发,实现泵站监控系统网络通讯报警的功能。This paper introduces the Telnet protocol and the application background of it in the network monitoring of Pump station.Then it describes how to realize the Telnet protocol using the C# programming language and how to complete of the design and development of the software for monitoring the pump station network link.It realizes the network alarm function of the Pump Station Monitoring System.
