摘　　要：讲述高速重载机车牵引电机铸钢定子压圈的材料选型,介绍了牵引电机GS20Mn5铸钢定子压圈的铸造工艺的改进,从造型和冶炼着手减少铸造裂纹的发生。The subject to select the proper material to manufacture the stator pressing ring of the traction motor used in the high-speed heavy-duty alocomotive was discussed while the workmanship improvement of this stator pressing ring made by GS20Mn5 casting steel was intro- duced. The method to decrease the casting crack during processing was put forward in the fields of modeling and smelting.
