摘　　要：目的:了解HIV感染者和艾滋病患者(PLWHA)的社会支持现状与服务需求。方法:用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评价广州市海珠区PLWHA的社会支持状况,并调查其服务需求。结果:112例PLWHA患者接受调查,其社会支持3个维度的平均得分为客观支持(4.77±2.07)分,主观支持(16.75±5.09)分,对支持利用度(5.64±1.83)分,社会支持总分为(27.16±7.03)分。多元线性回归分析显示性别、年龄、婚姻、文化程度、居住方式和工作是社会支持的影响因素。其服务需求主要为生活救助、日常医疗服务、减免抗病毒治疗相关费用、协助就业技能培训、心理和健康护理咨询。结论:PLWHA社会支持度不高,PLWHA的社会支持受多方面因素的影响,可根据不同的影响因素予针对性的干预。PLWHA对生活救助、日常医疗服务、医疗费用减免和就业技能培训方面的需求较大。Objective： To explore social support and services demand among people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA）. Methods： One hundred and twelve PLWHA who can be followed up in Haizhu District Guangzhou, were selected. The social support rating scale （SSRS） were used to evaluate the social support, meanwhile service demand was surveyed for them. Results： Sustain scores of objective support, subjective support and availability of PLWHA were 4. 77 ± 2.07, 16.75 ± 5.09 and 5.64 ± 1.83, respectively. The total scores of social support were 27.16 ± 7.03. Multiple linear regression analysis suggested that sex, age, marriage, education, living way and job were the related factors with social support. Demand for PLWHA was living assistance, medical care, employment skills training and lower medical cost. Conclusion： Social support scores of PLWHA were low. Many factors might affect social support among PLWHA. In order to improve it, targeted interventions should be provided according to the different influence factors. It was a greater demand for strengthening the living assistance, medical care, em- ployment skills training and lower medical cost.
