摘　　要：阐述了数字时代高校图书馆纸本过刊的管理与使用现状,通过综合考量与分析纸本过刊的管、藏、用3个方面的问题,提出了有效发挥过刊使用效率的探索性方案。This paper expounds the utilization and management of printed back issues in college library in digital age, and through comprehensive considerations and analyses on the problems existing in the management, collection and utilization of printed back issues, puts forward an exploratory plan of giving effective play to the efficiency of the back issues.
