摘　　要：目前我国正处于城市化加速发展的阶段,许多城市在追求经济建设的过程中忽略了城市的总体功能布局和生态环境,致使城市在快速发展和扩张的过程中造成土地浪费、城市功能布局不合理、生态环境破坏、加大城市的交通流量等问题。在现行的城市发展形势下,为了在城市建设的过程中节约资源、能源和土地等具有不可逆性质的因素,创造低碳城市成为城市发展的必然趋势。阐述了低碳城市的研究意义,解析了低碳城市的概念,探讨了城市规划对低碳城市的宏观与微观控制和引导。At present, our country is being in the stage of accelerated development of urbanization. In the process of pursuing economic development, many cities ignore the overall function layout and ecological environment of the cities, causing some problems in cities＇ rapid development and expansion such as the land waste, unreasonable urban function layout, destruction of ecological balance, and increase of urban traffic flow, etc. Under the current urban development situation, in order to save resources, energies and lands and other factors having irreversible nature in the process of urban construction, it is an inevitable trend to create the low-carbon city. This paper expounds the significance of the research on low-carbon city, explains the concept of the low-carbon city, and probes into the macroscopic and microscopic control and guidance of the urban planning on the low-carbon city.
