摘 要:智能变电站是坚强智能电网的重要基础和支撑,是电网运行数据的采集源头和命令执行单元,是智能电网建设的重要组成部分。电网发展方式转变、管理模式创新发展、科学技术进步都为智能变电站的发展提出了新的要求。对新一代智能变电站顶层设计进行研究,提出了新一代智能变电站的建设目标与功能特点,制定了新一代智能变电站的总体架构和技术路线,并论述了智能变电站核心技术与关键设备的发展方向和技术方案。As the important part of smart grid, smart substation is the acquisition source of operating data and command execution unit, and also acts as the important foundation and support of strong smart grid. Along with the change of power grid development, the innovation and development of management model and the progress of science and technology, new requirements have been put forward for the development of smart substation. The top-level design of new generation smart substation is studied to propose its construction goal and function characteristics, as well as its overall framework and technical route. Finally, the core technology of smart substation and the development direction and technical scheme of key equipments are discussed.
