摘 要:采用直流冷却的核电厂不断将温排水排入受纳水体,在造成资源浪费的同时也会污染周边水体,为此,提出一种综合利用核电厂温排水模式。分析了核电厂温排水余热利用途径,对比这些途径所需要的温度参数和热利用效率,并对其进行排序,得到了核电厂的工业、农业布局。分析结果表明:单一的工业或者农业方式对核电厂温排水余热加以利用都是不合理的;工业结合农业的方式利用温排水,能够提高余热利用的效率;在对余热进行利用时选择先工业后农业的利用顺序,能够实现温排水余热的高效利用。工业部分,建立中、低温用户之间的联系时可以考虑热泵技术和提高温排水温度。农业部分,应优先选择海水养殖,海水淡化等方面与海洋有关的应用。Thermal discharge is continuously discharged into receiving water in nuclear power plants with once-through cooling water system, which might result in the waste of resources and surrounding water pollution. Therefore, the comprehensive utilization of thermal discharge residual heat is presented for nuclear power plants. The utilization ways of thermal discharge residual heat in nuclear power plants are analyzed and sequenced according to the comparison of their temperature parameters and thermal efficiency, in order to obtain the agricultural and industrial layout in nuclear power plants. The results show that either agricultural or industrial method is unreasonable for the utilization of thermal discharge residual heat in nuclear power plants ; while the combined industrial-agricultural utilization of thermal discharge can improve the utilization efficiency of waste heat; and the way of choosing industry firstly can achieve the efficient utilization of thermal discharge residual heat. For industry, heat pump technology and the increase of thermal discharge temperature can be considered when the link between low-temperature users and middle-temperature users is established. For agriculture, the applications related to ocean, such as mariculture, seawater desalination and so on, should be chosen firstly.
