摘　　要：以哈尔滨市道里石头道历史商业街区为例,基于城市更新的时代背景,介绍了该街区的现状、设计目标以及策略,探讨了城市更新中商业街区特色设计的意义以及作用,以实现历史街区在商业开发的同时保留其特色与活力。The paper takes Harbin Daoli Stone Road historic commercial district as an example. Based on the background of urban renewal, it introduces the present situation, block design goals and strategies, discusses the meaning and role in the commercial characteristics of block de- sign in urban renewal, in order to retain its feeature and vitality in realizing the commercial development of historical blocks.
