红花槐愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的研究

摘　　要：以红花槐当年生幼嫩茎段为试验材料,研究了不同生长调节剂组合对红花槐愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响。结果表明:诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基组合为MS+2.0mg/L NAA+1.0mg/L6-BA;愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基组合为MS+3.0mg/L6-BA;诱导生根的最佳培养基组合为MS+1.0 mg/L IBA。This paper mainly studied about the effects of hormone acting on the callus induction and differentiation of young stem in this year of Robinia hispida L..A regenerated plant was obtained at the end.According to the experimental results,the most efficient explants of the whole plant were the leaves.And the optimum medium for callus induction from leaves was MS＋ 2.0mg/L NAA ＋ 1.0mg/L6-BA;the optimum medium for callus differentiation was MS＋ 3.0mg/L6-BA;and the adventitious root was induced on MS＋1.0 mg/L IBA.
