摘 要:本文分别采用棋盘格子样方法和距离法取样,用3种检验方法对中国沙棘6个种群的分布格局作了研究,目的是相互验证其结果,以便客观地揭示种群在各自的群落中水平空间结构的分布规律。研究结果表明沙棘幼龄林的分布具有一定程度的集群性,并向典型的集群分布格局过渡。进入生殖期后的沙棘纯林,种群呈典型的集群分布格局。随着其它种群的入侵,沙棘种群偏离了集群分布,向均匀性较高的随机分布过渡。不同的测定和检验方法会导致不同的结论,需几种方法相互验证,并结合种群特性及生境情况进行综合分析,才能做出较为准确的判断,样方面积对检验结果有影响。Three kinds of test methods investigated six populations of Hippophae rhamnoides distribution pattern by using checkerboard lattice sample method and distance sample method in order to test results mutually and reveal objectively the distribution of horizontal spatial structure of population in their respective communities.The results showed that the distribution of young Hippophae rhamnoides had cluster in a certain degree,and transferred into typical cluster distribution pattern.The population was a typical distribution pattern after entering into the reproductive phase of pure Hippophae rhamnoides forest.With the invasion of other species,Hippophae rhamnoides population deviated from cluster distribution and transited into random distribution of higher uniformity.Different measuring and testing methods can lead to different conclusions.Therefore,more accurate judgment can be decided by different methods need mutual authentication,and combined with a comprehensive analysis of population characteristics and habitat,and likewise sample size can affect the test results.
