摘　　要：1例36岁男性慢性乙型肝炎患者服用阿德福韦10 mg,1次/d。约6个月后,因抗病毒效果不佳改用恩替卡韦0.5 mg,1次/d。5个月后,加用阿德福韦10 mg,1次/d。联合用药5个月后,患者出现右侧跖趾关节麻木,肌酸激酶800 U/L。停用恩替卡韦第4天,肌酸激酶257 U/L,右侧跖趾关节麻木症状好转。A 36-year-old male patient with chronic hepatitis B received oral adefovir 10 mg once daily. About 6 months later, the treatment was switched to entecavir 0.5 mg once daily due to poor efficacy. Five months later, adefovir 10 mg once daily was added to his regimen. After 5 months of combination therapy, the patient developed a feeling of numbness on the right metatarsophalangeal joints. His creatine kinase level was 800 U/L. On the fourth day after entecavir withdrawal, his creatine kinase was 257 U/L, and the symptom of right metatarsophalangeal joints numbness was improved.
