摘　　要：特定问题调查是宪法和法律赋予国家权力机关的重要监督职权,是保障人民行使政治权利、国家机器平衡运转的有力武器。2006年《监督法》的通过,特别是对特定问题调查制度的规定,使学界人心振奋、一片欢呼。但经过大约七年的实施,特定问题调查制度在经受了社会现实与法律实践的不断砥砺后,越来越凸显出立法上的不足与疏漏。在理想与现实之间,我国特定问题调查制度仍然面临着众多的问题和挑战。The investigation of specific issues is an important supervisory authority of the organs of state power,given by the constitution and laws,safeguarding the people＇s exercise of political rights,and balancing the operation of state machines.The supervision law,especially the rules of the investigation of specific issues was created in 2006,which made the academia cheer up.But after about seven years＇ implementation,the investigation of specific issues has been enriched by the social reality and legal practice,meanwhile,more and more legislative oversights or omissions has been highlighted.Between the ideal and the reality,there are still many issues and challenges in the investigation of specific issues.
