摘　　要：公共治理理论是后工业时代从"政府中心"向"公民中心"转变的公民治理理论,提倡政府、市场与社会各方协作互动。回顾我国农村社区体育和农村留守儿童问题现状及其相关研究,展望其未来趋势与前景,农村社区体育在干预留守儿童心理成长方面有天时、地利与人和的优势。从公共治理的视角看,以农村社区体育干预留守儿童心理成长,符合构建和谐社会的时代要求,因而是可行且必要的。Public governance theory is a civil governance theory transferred form ＂government oriented＂ to ＂civil oriented＂ which promotes the interaction between government, market and society. With reviewing the present situation of our rural community sports and rural life-behind children problems as well as the relative studies, the paper discusses that rural community sports has advantages from the time, the favorable geographical conditions and support of local people in intervening on life-behind children＇ mental growth; from the perspective of public governance, that rural community sports to intervene life-behind children＇ psychological growth conforms to the requirements of harmonious society, it is practicable and indispensable.
