可吸收性止血绫在功能性鼻内窥镜术后填塞中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨可吸收性止血绫在功能性鼻内镜术后填塞的疗效。方法将北京市顺义区医院2010年1月～2013年1月收治的96例功能性鼻内镜术后患者随机分为凡士林纱条组和可吸收性止血绫组（每组48例）．观察鼻腔填塞的不适情况、填塞过程中鼻腔的渗血情况，以及抽出填塞物时的出血情况。结果填塞期间，应用可吸收性止血绫纱布患者有鼻腔胀痛及头痛症状比例（37．50％）较凡土林纱条组（89．58％）低（P〈0．01）；填塞过程中的鼻腔创面渗血情况，可吸收性止血绫组明显优于凡士林组（H=52．21，P〈0．01）；抽出填塞物后，可吸收止血绫组患者出血例数显著少于凡士林纱条组（x^2=9．25，P〈0．01）。结论止血绫纱布是一种良好的功能性鼻内镜术后填塞的止血材料。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of absorbent stanching satin （ASS） in functional endoscopic si- nus surgery （FESS）. Methods 96 patients, who were treated by functional endoscopic sinus surgery in Shunyi District Hospital of Beijing City since January 2010 to January 2013, were divided randomly by the packing material into ab- sorbent stanching satin （ASS） group and vaseline sliver group （48 cases in each group）. The discomfort of nasal pack- ing, the oozy blood during packing process and the bleeding after pulling out the nasal packing were observed. Results The patients in the absorbent stanching satin （ASS） group had less comfortless feeling （37.50%）（P 〈 0.01）, less oozy blood （H = 52.21, P 〈 0.01） and less bleeding X^2 = 9.25, P 〈 0.01） compared with the patients of in vaseline sliver group which had more comfortless feeling, oozy blood and bleeding （89.58%）. Conclusion The ASS has a better hemo- static effect and rapid postoperative recovery after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
