暖宫助孕汤联合克罗米芬治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析暖宫助孕汤联合克罗米芬治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择杭州市余杭区妇幼保健院于2010年4月-2012年9月收治的82例诊断为患有PCOS的患者作为研究对象。应用随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组，A组41例患者均采用单纯克罗米芬疗法，B组41例患者均采用暖宫助孕汤联合克罗米芬中西医结合的疗法，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、睾酮（T）和FSH／LH均有明显的降低，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。B组治疗后FSH、LH、T和FSH／LH的含量分别为（4．88±0．41）U／L、（9．88±1．12）U／L、（1．93±0．36）μg／L、（2．14±0．39），A组治疗后FSH、LH、T和FSH，LH的含量分别为（5．15±0．65）U／L、（10．39±1．61）U／L、（1．84±0．37）μg／L、（2．18±0．33），B组与A组治疗后FSH、LH、T和FSH／LH比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。B组患者不良反应未见明显增加（P〉0．05）。结论暖宫助孕汤联合克罗米芬疗法治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效及安全性优于单纯的克罗米芬疗法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety on Warming Uterus and Achieving Pregnancy De- coction combined with Clomiphene in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency type of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 82 cases patients with kidney yang deficiency type of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） who were treated in the Maternity and Child Health Hospital of Yuhang District in Hangzhou City from April 2010 to September 2012 were chosen as the research object, then they were divided into group A and group B by a random number table, 41 patients in group A were given simple Clomiphene citrate therapy, 41 patients in group B were given Warming Uterus and Achieving Pregnancy Decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate therapy, the clinical efficacy and drug side ef- fects were compared. Results The FSH, LH, T, and FSH/LH were significantly lower after treatment （P 〈 0.01）, the FSH, LH, T, and FSH/LH of patients in group B after treatment were （4.88±0.41）U/L, （9.88±1.12）U/L, （1.93±0.36） μg/L, （2.14±0.39）, the FSH, LH, T, and FSH/LH of patients in group A after treatment were （5.15±0.65）U/L, （10.39±1.61）U/ L, （1.84±0.37） μg/L, （2.18±0.33）, the FSH, LH, T, and FSH/LH content of group A and group B also were significant- ly different after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, the adverse reactions of patients in group B did not increase significantly （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of kidney yang deficiency type of polycystic ovary syndrome by Warming Uterus and Achieving Pregnancy Decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate therapy is sure, it is superior to simple clomiphene citrate therapy.
