循证护理对前列腺电汽化切除术术后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的分析循证护理对前列腺电汽化切除术后并发症的预防作用。方法将120例前列腺电汽化切除术的患者分为传统护理组和循证护理,每组各60例,循证护理组评估术后可能出现的并发症,应用循证护理观念实施护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果循证护理组的并发症发生率显著低于传统护理组(P<0.05),循证护理组的住院时间显著少于对照组,护理满意度和护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够显著提高前列腺电汽化切除术的护理质量,减少术后并发症,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the prevention of postoperative complications of evidence-based nursing in transurethral vaporization of the prostate resection. Methods 120 cases of prostate electrovaporization resection were divided into the traditional care group and evidence-based nursing, 60 eases in each group, evidence-based nursing group took evidence-based nursing conception of nursing to assess the possible postoperative complications, and two groups were compared with nursing effect. Results The complication rate in evidence-based nursing group was significantly lower than that in the traditional care group （P 〈 0.05）, hospitalization time in evidence-based nursing group was significantly less than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction and quality of care score was significantly higher than that in the traditional care group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Evidence based nursing can significantly improve care quality in electrosection of prostate, reduce postoperative complications, promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
