摘 要:针对废弃物焚烧处理过程中控制精度和效果所受影响因素众多,并且存在非线性、滞后、参数时变性的特点,通过对基于回转窑焚烧炉为核心的焚烧处理工艺流程的分析,从焚烧炉控制、温度控制、水位控制等多个方面探讨如何建立一套高效、稳定的控制系统。并简述了工程实现的方法。The precision and purposes of the waste dispose control are affected by many factors in the combustion process, and they have the characteristics of nonlinearity, hysteresis and time-varying. This paper analyzed the technologic flow of waste dispose based on rotary kiln incinerator. From multiple aspects, such as the incinerator control, temperature control and water line control, the efficient and integrated control system were discussed emphatically, which could improve the capacity of the waste dispose plant automated system. We also introduced the way to accomplish it.
