温州地区护理部主任压力调查与相关因素线性回归分析及非条件Logistic回归模型建立

摘　　要：目的了解温州地区综合医院护理部主任主要压力源,针对调查结果建立模型以预测个体压力指数及相关危险因素,简化压力评分方法并探寻预防及缓解压力的方法。方法通过问卷调查温州地区42位护理部主任压力相关信息并进行处理。结果温州地区护理部主任压力(分数)与基本资料关系=43.359 67+(-1.675 361)×年龄+2.762 524×护龄+0.533 148 9×学历+12.255 37×婚姻状况+12.895 55×健康自评+9.425 644×职称+7.962 954×医院等级。压力指数在压力源方面受护理专业及工作方面的问题(P=0.006)、患者护理方面的问题(P=0.001)与管理及人际关系方面的问题(P=0.047)显著影响。结论温州地区已婚但身体亚健康的护理部主任面临较大护理压力,而职称及医院等级的提升进一步增加了压力指数,护理专业及工作方面的问题、患者护理方面的问题与管理及人际关系方面的问题成为护理部主任重度压力发生的危险因素,加强培训指导可较大程度上缓解护理部主任压力。Objective To explore the main stress source of directors of nursing within wenzhou area and establish sta- tistical model used on predicting individual stress index and related risk factors in order to simplify scoring and search for methods on relieving stress. Methods Acquiring information about stress of directors of nursing through question- naire survey and applying statistical analysis in it. Results The calculation formula for stress=43.359 67＋（-1.675 361 ） xage＋2.762 524x nursing age＋0.533 148 9x education level＋12.255 37x marriage＋12.895 55x health evalution＋9.425 644x title＋7.962 954x hospital level. The stess index is influenced by nursing skills （P = 0.006）, patient caring （P = 0.001 ） and management interpersonal problems （P = 0.047） significantly. Conclusion The nursing directors in sub- health who get married face greater stress which is enhanced by title and hospital level, the facors such as nursing skills, patient caring and management interpersonal problems emerge as risk facors for the occurence of severe stress. Strenthening training and guidance is proved to be a good way to relieve stress.
