生脉注射液对感染性休克患者血清C-反应蛋白、降钙素原及TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的评价生脉注射液对感染性休克患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法 60例感染性休克患者分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组:重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素联合盐酸多巴酚丁胺治疗。观察组:重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素及盐酸多巴酚丁胺用法同对照组,并加用生脉注射液治疗。结果观察组的总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的总有效率73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组血清CRP及PCT水平分别为(3.16±2.03)mg/L、(0.71±0.63)μg/L均低于对照组CRP及PCT水平(5.97±2.51)mg/L、(2.64±0.94)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗1周后,观察组血清TNF-α水平为(76.25±28.27)ng/L低于对照组TNF-α水平(147.39±29.83)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生脉注射液用于治疗感染性休克患者具有很好的疗效,不但可以改善感染性休克患者的血清CRP及PCT水平,还可以改善患者的血清TNF-α水平。Objective To study of Shengmai injection intervention of serum CRP, PCT and TNF- α in patients with septic shock. Methods A total of 60 cases of septic shock patients randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. The control group： noradrenaline bitartrate combined with dobutamine hydroehloride treatment. The observation group： noradrenaline bitartrate and dobutamine hydrochloride usage with the control group, plus Shengmai Injection in the treatment of patients with septic shock. Results The total effective rate of the observa- tion group was 96.67% higher than 73.33% in the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 1 weeks after the treatment, the serum CRP and PCT level in observation group （ 3.16± 2.03 ） mg/L, （ 0.71 ±0.63 ） μg/ L were lower than the control group （ 5.97 ±2.51 ） mg/L, （ 2.64 ±0.94 ） ug/L, there was a significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. After 1 weeks of treatment, serum TNF- α level in observation group was （ 76.25±28.27 ） ng/L lower than that of the control group （ 147.39 ±29.83 ） ng/L, there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Shengrnai injection has good curative effect for the treatment of patients with septic shock, not only can improve the serum CRP and PCT levels in patients with infectious shock, but also can improve the serum TNF- α levels in patients with shock.
