消旋卡多曲联合培菲康治疗秋季腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消旋卡多曲联合培菲康治疗秋季腹泻的疗效。方法本次入选的64例研究对象为2010年6月-2012年6月来我院进行治疗的腹泻患儿,全部患儿根据治疗方法不同随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,两组均予补液、补充电解质、维持酸碱平衡、黏膜保护剂及微生态制剂等对症支持治疗。观察组同时予消旋卡多曲颗粒、思密达治疗,应用统计学方法比较分析两组治疗后的疗效及止泻时间、退热时间。结果观察组与对照组治疗后的总有效率分别为93.75%、75.00%,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,两组组间比较,差异具有显著性,两组治疗过程中未发现心、肝、肾血液及神经系统等不良反应。观察组患儿治疗后止泻时间达(2.05±0.34)d,退热时间达(1.48±0.63)d,均明显短于对照组,两组组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲联合培菲康治疗秋季腹泻有利于提高临床疗效,改善患儿的临床症状,值得推广和应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of racecadotril united bifico in the treatment of diarrhea in autumn. Methods 64 subjects diarrhea in children were selected from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital, all children depending on the treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group, the two groups were given herein rehydration, added electrolytes, maintain acid-base balance, mucosal protective a- gents and probiotics symptomatic and supportive treatment. The observation group racecadotril particles, smecta, appli- cation of statistical methods comparative analysis of the two groups after treatment efficacy and antidiarrheal time, cool- ing time. Results The observation group and control group after treatment the total efficiency were 93.75%, 75.00% in the observation group were significantly better than the control group between two groups, the difference was signifi- cant. The course of treatment in both groups was not found heart, liver, kidney, blood and nervous system adverse re actions. The treatment group after treatment antidiarrheal time of （2.05 ± 0.34） d, fever clearance time of （1.48 ± 0.63） d, were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Racecadotril united bifico of the treatment of diarrhea in autumn will help to improve the clinical efficacy to improve clinical symptoms in children, worthy of promotion and application.
