对ICU机械通气患者实施综合性护理干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察对ICU机械通气患者实施综合性护理干预的效果。方法选择2009年1月～2012年1月在我院ICU住院的56例患者为研究对象。将其中应用综合性护理干预的28例患者设立为干预组,其余28例患者设立为对照组,采取随机对症护理,比较两组干预前及后第3天APACHEⅡ评分的变化情况、并发症及护理满意度。结果干预组和对照组患者干预后第3天APACHEII评分均明显降低,且干预组较对照组降低更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者ICU监护时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者在ICU监护期间出现的并发症例数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组死亡例数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU机械通气患者实施综合性护理干预可以降低APACHEⅡ评分,减少并发症的发生,提高成功脱机率及护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention ICU patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Methods From January 2009 to January 2012, 56 patients were hospitalized in the ICU of our hospital as the research object. The establishment of the 28 patients in which the application of integrated care intervention for the intervention group, and the remaining 28 patients with to take random symptomatic care, the establishment of the control group, the two groups were compared before the intervention and after 3 days APACHEII score changes , complications and nursing satisfaction. Results The intervention group and control group patients after the intervention Day 3 APACHEII ratings were significantly reduced, and the intervention group reduced more significantly than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The intervention group patients with ICU monitoring time was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Intervention group patients with complications during ICU monitoring the number of cases is significantly less than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Intervention group, the number of deaths is significantly less than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of an integrated care intervention ICU patients receiving mechanical ventilation reduce APACHEII rating, reduce complications and improve the success rate of offline and nursing satisfaction.
