摘　　要：利用Voronoi图的最邻近性和空心圆特征,结合实际用电需求,通过ArcGIS与Matlab进行迭代模拟分析,得到长春市规划变电站位置,从而为变电站的具体空间落位提供了可靠依据。Taking the advantage of Voronoi diagram,combined with the actual demand for electricity,the substation sites in Changchun were molded.It shows the method together with specific location principles is reasonable and easy to implement.And the results could be considered as a reliable foundation for the substation location.
