摘　　要：结合生产实际,根据建制镇各方面土地利用现状信息,选择相关评价指标,采用多因素综合法评价建制镇土地利用潜力,并探讨了今后的建制镇规划和发展的方向。Combining on the actual production,according to all aspects of land use information from towns,we selected evaluation related to the assessment index.Then we used multi-factor comprehensive method to evaluate the potential of the towns land use,and discussed the future direction of towns planning and development.
