不同剂型甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甲钴胺不同剂型对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将67例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分成两组。A组32例,给予甲钴胺0.5mg,肌肉注射,1次/d;B组35例,给予甲钴胺片0.5mg,口服,3次/d,疗程均为2周。分别于用药前、用药2周后进行疗效判定和症状评分(TSS)。结果治疗后两组患者神经症状及TSS评分较治疗前明显好转,且A组优于B组。结论甲钴胺可有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变,且肌肉注射组优于口服给药组。Objective To probe into the therapeutic effectiveness of methylcobalamin administered by different dosage form in patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Methods 67 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,A group of 32 cases,giving methylcobalamin 0.5 mg,im,Qd;B group 35 examples,giving methylcobalamin piece of 0.5 mg,Po,Tid,the period of treatment lasted 2 weeks.Then evaluate respectively on the nerve symptoms and symptom score（TSS） before and after 2 weeks. Results Compared with before treatment,the nerve symptoms and TSS score of two groups are improved significantly after treatment,and the group A is better than that of group B. Conclusion Methylcobalamin can effectively improve diabetes peripheral neuropathy,and intramuscular injection group is better than that of oral medicine group.
