缬沙坦单用或联合用药治疗老年高血压病的疗效比较观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察缬沙坦单用或联合用药治疗老年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法 80例高血压病患者先单用缬沙坦治疗(单用缬沙坦组),4周后,所有患者随机分为A组和B组各40例。在单用缬沙坦治疗基础上,A组联用非洛地平治疗、B组联用氢氯噻嗪治疗,每2周测量血压1次。观察缬沙坦单用或联合用药治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效。结果总有效率A组为92.50%、B组为90.00%均高于单用缬沙坦组的68.75%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论单用缬沙坦有安全可靠的降压作用,联合用药降压作用明显增强。Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of valsartan singly or drug combination in senile hypertension.Methods 80 cases patients with senile hypertension were treated by valsartan（use valsartan group）.4 weeks later,All patients with senile hypertension were randomly divided into A group and B group,each of 40 cases.Based on the valsartan,A group was treated by felodipine,B group was treated by hydrochlorothiazide.Blood pressure measurement for once every two weeks.After treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of valsartan singly or drug combination in senile hypertension.Results The total effective rate of A group（92.50%） was higher than that of valsartan singly（68.75%）,the total effective rate of B group（90.00%） was higher than that of valsartan singly（68.75%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion Valsartan alone in hypertension was secure and reliable,drug combination can effectively improve the antihypertensive effect.
