摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病合并髋部骨折患者围术期的护理方法。方法将66例老年糖尿病合并髋部骨折围术期患者随机分为干预组36例和对照组30例。对照组予髋关节骨折常规护理,干预组予有针对性的护理干预措施。观察2组临床疗效和术后疼痛、切口渗出及肺部感染情况。结果 2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组术后疼痛、肺部感染发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论根据老年人的生理和心理特点,做好围术期的护理干预,是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的重要保证。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing in elderly diabetes with hip fracture.Methods 66 cases of elderly diabetes with hip fracture were randomly divided into intervention group（36 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Control group received routine care,intervention group was given targeted interventions.Compared the clinical efficacy and postoperative pain,incision extending and lung infection of two groups.Results Compared the clinical efficucy of two groups,the difference was no statistically significant（P 0.05）.The incidence of postoperative pain,lung infection was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.Conclusion Based on the physiological and psychological characteristics,good perioperative care intervention can improve the success rate of surgery and as an important guarantee to reduce complication.
