摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对软组织血管瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析27例经彩色多普勒超声诊断为软组织血管瘤的患者的彩色多普勒声像图表现,并与病理结果相比较,分析其准确性。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断为血管瘤的27例患者中,病理结果证实血管瘤22例,诊断准确率为81.5%。超声诊断的血管瘤表现为2种类型:其中实性回声型12例(44.4%),混合回声型15例(55.6%)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查方便、快速、价廉、安全、无创、无辐射,可作为诊断血管瘤的首选影像学检查方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultra sonography on soft tissue hemangiomas.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the color doppler sonographic of 27 cases patients with soft tissue hemangiomas diagnosed by color doppler ultra sonography,compared with pathological findings,analyzed the accuracy.Results Among 27 cases patients with soft tissue hemangiomas diagnosed by color doppler ultra sonography,pathological findings confirmed 22 cases of hemangioma,the diagnostic accuracy was 81.5%.The soft tissue hemangiomas diagnosed by color doppler ultra sonography showed 2 types：12 cases（44%） of solid echo type,15 cases（56%） of mixed echoic.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is convenient,fast,inexpensive,safe,non-invasive,no radiation,can be used as the preferred imaging method for the diagnosis of hemangioma.
