消旋卡多曲颗粒联合布拉酵母菌散剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消旋卡多曲颗粒联合布拉酵母菌散剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果。方法将200例小儿秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组予消旋卡多曲颗粒联合布拉酵母菌散剂治疗,对照组单用布拉酵母菌散治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92%高于对照组的78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒联合布拉酵母菌散剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻效果显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of racecadotril granules combined with saccharomyces baulardii sachents in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea.Methods 200 cases children with infantile autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was treated with racecadotril granules combined with saccharomyces boulardii sachets,and control group was treated with saccharomyces boulardii sachets only.Observed the clinical efficacy of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（92%） was higher than that of control group（78%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of racecadotril granules combined with saccharomyces boulardii sachets in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea is significant,and has no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
