摘  要:对用氯仿代替弗罗里硅土提纯4-AAP溶液进行了探讨,试验表明,用4 mL氯仿萃取2.5%的4-AAP溶液2 min,静止分层,弃去有机相,再重复萃取一次,所得溶液用于测定挥发酚,空白试验的空白吸光度有较大降低;用于制作标准曲线时,其相关性较好,灵敏度较高;用于测定地表水样中的挥发酚,RSD<4.26%,加标回收率在90.7%~108%,满足监测分析要求。Using chloroform instead of florisil to purify 4 - AAP solution was discussed. The experiments showed that,using 4ml chloroform to extract the solution of 2.5% 4 - AAP for 2min, static stratication occured, then the organic phase was abandoned and the extraction time was repeated. The solution was uced for the determination of volatile phenol, the blank absorbance in blank test was greatly reduced. For the standard curve, the relevance was good and sensitivity was higher. For the determination of volatile phenol in surface water samples, the precision RSD was less than 4.26% and the recovery was 90.7% - 108% , which met the requirements of monitoring analysis.
