摘  要:以4-溴-1,8-萘二甲酸酐和乙二胺为原料,经3步反应合成了一种新型荧光单体——4-甲氧基-N-(2-丙烯酰胺乙基)-1,8-萘二酰亚胺(Ⅲ);Ⅲ与丙烯酸(AA)和马来酸酐(MA)共聚制得新型示踪共聚物AA-MA-Ⅲ(1),其结构经IR,TG-DTA和SEM表征。1的荧光性质和阻垢性能研究结果表明,其荧光强度与质量浓度呈良好线性关系,线性相关系数为0.998 5,检测下限为1.0×10-2mg.L-1;1对碳酸钙垢沉积有较好的抑制作用,当用药量为20 mg.L-1时对碳酸钙阻垢率为93.5%,且具有较好的分散氧化铁的能力;SEM观察表明1对碳酸钙垢既有较强的分散作用又具有明显的晶格畸变作用。A novel water soluble fluorescent monomer, N-(2-acrylaminoethyl)-4-methoxy-1,8-naph- thalene diacylimide ( Ⅲ ) , was synthesized by a three-step reaction from 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic an- hydride and ethylenediamine. A novel acrylic acid copolymer (1) containing fluorescent group was prepared by polymerization reaction of m with acrylic acid and maleic anhydride. The structures were characterized by IR, TG-DTA and SEM. The fluorescence property and scale inhibition of 1 were investigated. The results showed that the relationship of fluorescent intensity and concentration of 1 was linear, the correlation coefficient (R) was 0. 998 5, the lower limit of detection was 1.0×10~mg·L^-1. The scale inhibition ratio of CaCO3 was 93.5% at 20 mg· L^-1. The capacity of dispersing iron oxide was pretty good. It was found that by electronic microscopy 1 has obvious effect on CaCO3 scale with regard to its dispersion and crystal lattice distortion capacities.
