社区情理与农村养老秩序的生产——基于鄂东黄村的调查

摘　　要：文章以鄂东黄村的家庭关系和养老实践的经验材料为基础,分析了社区养老情理的内涵,并探讨了社区情理得以实践的社会基础。研究结果表明,具有"小传统"特性的社区养老情理对养老主体、养老时间及养老标准进行了界定,任何违背这一情理的村民都被视为是对"集体情感"的挑战与践踏,整个村庄内的成员会对其进行"群体性惩罚",村庄舆论的存在保障了社区养老情理有效实践,同时亦促使村庄的养老秩序呈现出良好的状态。Based on author＇ s investigation on family relationship and the practice of aging support in Huang Village located in eastern Hubei Province, this paper analyzed the connotation of the sensibility and rationalization on aging support in rural China, and then explored its social background. The research showed the sensibility and rationalization on aging support, with the characteristics of ＂little tradition＂, defined the objective, period and standard of aging support. Any village mem- ber, who disobeyed this sensibility and rationalization, would suffer the mass punishment by all the other village members. This is because his/her behavior exactly challenged and trampled the collective conscience of this community. The exist- ence of public opinion on village ensured the effective practice of the sensibility and rationalization of the community, and promoted the better rural aging support order at the same time.
