摘　　要：毛泽东群众路线思想的定格式表达,包括政治原则与工作原则两个方面。群众路线是马克思主义认识论原则,更是马克思主义实践论原则。但其工作原则不能确保其政治原则的实现,相反它要求民主集中制来为其提供组织保障。党的政策过程包括民主与集中两个阶段,群众路线将它们链接为完整的双轨模型。这个链接横轴的核心是其政治原则,而关键则是其工作原则。群众路线的工作原则具体为工作方法,并通过作为中间环节的先进单位和积极分子,实现民主与集中之双轨的有效链接。The mass line formulized includes two aspects of the political principle and working one. The mass line is the practical principle of Marxism more than the epistemologlcal one. Its working principle can＇ t make sure the political principle be realized. On the contrary, it requires organized guarantee supplied by the Democratic Centralism. The CPC ＇ s policy course includes two phrases, namely democracy and centralization, which is connected to be a double model by the mass line. The political principle is the core, and the working principle is the key. Changed into specific working ways, the working principle of the mass line realizes efficient connec- tion between the double track of democracy and centralization.
