摘 要:试验以天目琼花(Viburnum sargentii)、暴马子(Syringa reticulata)的叶为材料,对其抗旱性展开调查。通过电导仪法对其电导率进行测定,再通过试验分别测出2种植物组织中丙二醛含量及植物体内游离脯氨酸含量。每个指标做3次平行试验,计算出各个指标的平均数,然后进行比较。试验结果表明,当植物受到外界高温胁迫时,电导率、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量都有所增加。天目琼花各个指标的含量都低于暴马子,说明天目琼花的抗旱性要强于暴马子。Taking the leaves of Viburnum sargentii and Syringa reticulata as experimental materials, their drought resistances were investigated. Their conductivities were determined with conductometer. The contents of malondialdehyde and free proline of the two kinds of plant were analyzed. The results indicated that the conductivity, malondialdehyde and free proline contents increased under the condition of high temperature stress. The values of each target of Viburnum sargentii were lower than that of Syringa reticulate. It means that the drought resistance of Viburnum sargentii is higher than that of Syringa reticulate.
