芪苈强心胶囊对缺血性心力衰竭的治疗评价

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对缺血性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果,探讨芪苈强心胶囊的作用机制。方法选择缺血性心力衰竭患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予抗心衰常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊,6周后观察两组血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、6min步行距离的变化。结果两组治疗后血管紧张素Ⅱ水平均较治疗前下降,6min步行距离明显延长,且观察组更显著。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗,可更有效降低缺血性心力衰竭患者血管紧张素Ⅱ水平,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin caps in patient with ischemic heart failure, and the mechanisem of Qiliqiangxin caps on patient with ischernic heart failure. Methods 90 patients with ischemic heart failure were selected and divided into control group and observation group randomly.The patients in control group were given conventional treatment.The patients in observation group were given Qiliqiangxin caps extra. The level of angiotonin II and 6 min walking distance in all patients were detected after therapy 6 weeks. Results The level of angiotonin II in all patients decreased after 6 weeks, and 6 min walking distance inceased, while the observation group was more significantly. Conclusion The treatment of Qiliqiangxin caps joint western medicine can decrease the level of angiotonin II more significantly, and increase the therapeutic effect.
