摘  要:目的探讨一种简便易行、准确性高的全脑全脊髓照射技术。方法 12例颅内生殖细胞瘤患者,给予CT模拟定位,采用半野衔接技术和适形调强放射治疗技术结合,制定临床可行的放射治疗计划,并与常规技术对照。结果经适形调强优化后的全脑全脊髓照射技术剂量分布优于常规定位技术,定位时间明显缩短。患者的近期有效率为100%,无一例发生严重急性反应。结论半野技术结合适形调强放射治疗技术治疗颅内生殖细胞瘤,操作方便,定位时间明显缩短,优化了放射治疗剂量分布。临床疗效好,副作用小,值得进一步推广。Objective To find a easy, accurated craniospinal radiation technique through conformal and intensity modulated radiation therapy. Methods 12 patients with intracranial geminoma were treated by half-beam radiation technique and confromal and intensity modulated radiation therapy after CT scanning for simulated position. The dose distribution was compared with traditional craniospinal radiation technique. Results The dosimetry index of opitmized technique was superior than traditional way, and the positioning time was significantly shorter. The results after treatment showed that completely response (CR) : ll cases, partly response (PR) : 1 case, and the recent clinical benefit rate (CBR) : 100 %. No severe complications was observed. Conclusion This new way is better than the traditional one in several aspects including ease of positinning, reproducibility and dose distribution. The clinical outcome is satisfied with little complications. We recommended its application in more area.
