钬激光在治疗输尿管结石合并息肉中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨钬激光在输尿管结石合并息肉治疗中的作用。方法回顾性选择2009年12月至2011年11月,在输尿管镜下应用钬激光技术治疗因结石合并息肉42例。结果 42例患者中,39例(92.8%)一次手术成功。手术平均时间37min,平均住院日6d。42例患者术后3～6个月复查B超,肾盂积水症状明显缓解或减轻。结论经输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石合并输尿管息肉具有手术时间较开放手术短、无手术伤口、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点。Objective To study the treatment effect of ureteral calculus combined ureteral polyps by holmium laser with ureteroscopy. Methods Retrospectively selected ureteral calculus combined ureteral polyps 42 cases by holmium laser with ureteroscopy treatment during December 2009 to April 2011. Results 42 patients, 39 patients （92.8%） a successful operation. The average operative time is 37min, the average length of stay is 6 days. 42 patients re-examine B-ultrasound after 3 to 6 months. Conclusion The method of ureteral calculus combined ureteral polyps by holmium laser in ureteroscopy is a safe and effective less invasive treatment. There is the benefits such as a shorter operative time, less trauma, quicker recovery, shorter hospital stay et al.
