一捻金胶囊联合乳果糖口服液治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究一捻金胶囊联合乳果糖口服液治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘的疗效。方法:将80例功能性便秘患儿按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例采用一般疗法(调节饮食、训练排便、适量活动)。治疗组50例在此基础上加服一捻金胶囊及乳果糖口服液,疗程为21d观察便秘改善情况。结果:治疗总有效率88%,高于对照组50%(P<0.01)。结论:一捻金胶囊联合乳果糖口服液治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘,疗效显著,安全有效。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yinianjin capsule combined with lactulose oral solution on treating infantile functional constipation. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in the control group and 50 in the treated group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the treated group was given Yinianjin capsule and lactulose oral solution more. The improvement of constipation was investigated after a 21-day treatment course. Results： The total efficiency in the treated group was 88%, significantly higher than that in the control group 50% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Yinianjin capsule combined with lactulose oral solution was significantly effective and safe on treating infantile functional constipation.
