疏风宣肺法在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨研究采取疏风宣肺法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床应用。方法:选取我院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采取疏风宣肺法辅予吸入布地奈德气雾剂治疗;对照组采取吸入布地奈德气雾剂治疗,1个月后比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高达96%;对照组总有效率84%。两组总有效率比较,差异具有显著性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取疏风宣肺法辅助雾化吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘有比单纯的雾化吸入治疗效果好。Objective： To investigate clinical application of the therapy of Shufeng Xuanfei. Methods： To select 100 CVA patients, randomly divided into observed and control group. In the observed group the therapy of Shufeng Xuanfei and breathing in budesonide were taken, only budesonide was taken in the control, comparing clinical results after 1 month. Results： The total efficacy in the observed was 96%, better than 84% in the control. Conclusion： The therapy of Shufeng Xuanfei plus breathing in was better than breathing in solo.
