复方麦芽丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征83例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药复方麦芽丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:将83例患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,对照组40例。治疗组给予复方麦芽丸,对照组口服达英-35,观察两组之间的治疗效果和不良反应。结果:治疗组和对照组均有治疗PCOS的作用,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的不良反应明显小于对照组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方麦芽散在治疗PCOS方面优越性大,疗效确切。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the complicated Maiya pill on treating polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods： 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 43 in the treated group and 40 in the control. The treated group was given complicated Maiya pill, while the control group was given Diane-35.Observation clinical effects and adverse reactions. Results： The two groups both have efficacy on treating PCOS, but no statistically significant （P〉0.05）; The treated group was significantly less than the control group in adverse reactions, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Complicated Maiya pill is superior and effective on treating PCOS.
